After graduating from Lafayette College with a degree in business and economics, Mr. Miller began his career at Morgan Stanley, where he gained valuable experience and developed a solid foundation in the financial industry, but also knew that there was a better way to serve clients.


In 2005, fueled by the desire to treat clients fairly, with a simple fee structure and no hidden fees along with the freedom to select investments that were best for them, not his employer, J. Scott Miller Jr. co-founded Blue Bell Wealth Management.


J. Scott Miller Jr.'s exceptional skills and commitment to his clients have earned him recognition as a FiveStar Wealth Manager for the past 12 years. Furthermore, he is passionate about sharing his knowledge and expertise with others. He has mentored numerous college and high school students and currently teaches at Arcadia University, where he is invited to instruct and inspire future business leaders. Formerly he served as an advisory board member of Institutional Investor RIA Forums, a platform for industry leaders to exchange insights and shape the future of wealth management. In addition to speaking at the RIA Forum, Mr. Miller has also spoken at or been at panelist at the annual Structured Products Association Conference as well as at Bloomberg Seminars and has appeared on the Executive Leaders Radio program. Scott Miller Jr.'s expertise has been sought after by various financial publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Investment News, Bloomberg Briefs and among others.


Aside from his professional endeavors, J. Scott Miller Jr. is a dedicated husband and father. He is happily married to his wife Sheila and the proud father of three children.
